Re: New Owner

Nice and a very rare red car!... But, the 9C3 RPO code was last seen in 2013 MY. The biggest hint would be the G8 style shifter and center console. And, the RPO code tag in the trunk... I wouldn't worry about it though. There are so many things and modifications that you can do to make the car "your...

Re: Middle East cluster programming?

On my 9C3, the Trap Speed, Certified Speedometer, Sport Mode, Manual Mode displays are all functional. I would imagine they all could be added and/or retained.

Re: Middle East cluster programming?

Swapping out a cluster will red flag as odometer tampering. Can Chris White at WAMS help you out?

Re: New Member from North Carolina

That is to bad that you ended up with the V6, but, it's not a bad engine and you can definitely find out about the car while you look for another. The 9C3 option was available 2011-2013, FYI

Good Luck!

Re: My 2014 6.0 PPV Journey

Another Tuner would be Chris Henry at CHenryMotorsports. He is member of this forum and has been around since the G8 days. He did my 2011 9C3 with a BTR stage 1 cam and TSP DOD delete, 3.45 gears.

Re: Engine Angle?

Joshua, I wouldn't worry about it to much, depending on what you are trying to do. I know that in years back, in a racing application, we would look at the entire driveline angles and offsets. Measuring at the harmonic balancer, driveshaft and pinion angles. We didn't want to have a completely strai...

Re: How to determine what head unit ( missing ) would work the sirens ( still in place)?

"Giving" it 12 volts isn't going to create a sound other than maybe a "POP"! It is like any other speaker, you will need to have a radio (PA) or a siren unit to drive it.

NJ_9C3,
Yes, the remote start optioned cars do have a hood latch with a micro switch in the assembly.

Re: One of the cleanest 9c3’s

This car has been in the New Caprice Forum "family" since almost Day One. I did see and get a ride in this car a couple of years ago. It was very clean and fast. It really didn't need anything back then..
