As far as I know the head lights are OE The signal lights start flashing at normal rate then soon after they speed up (like an old car when a bulb is out) but all lights are good. I have gotten the warning on the DIC about bad signal lights but all are working fast but working. The lights flickerin...

The WM to WN floors are different enough not to interchange easily. Things like seat mounts in different locations, battery cable runs different. Just better to stick with your cars generation.

Common culprits would be either the blower motor or blower motor resistor. But give a good inspection to the wiring a melted connector not out of the question as those are some high amp circuits.
