Re: Where is everyone?

I'm here, too! Just been working on other projects for a while. Currently sitting in an RV park in Kerrville, Texas after driving our vintage motorhome here to watch the solar eclipse. Most of the first quarter was spent knocking out projects on the bus to make it comfy and roadworthy for this trip....

I've seen a couple of those in my neighborhood. Yes, they're quite ugly, and not even in a utilitarian kind of way.

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault

Still slacking on deeper dive on this. Been working on the bus to get it ready for a short trip in March. Discovered the radiator on the generator seeping some, so yanked it to take it to a shop for repairs. Scope creep because of 'while I'm there'.... Still posting the ABS and Stabilitrack alerts f...

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault

Thanks. Yes, I've already replaced one speed sensor on the left rear corner. It had a ball of rust in the hole the sensor resided in, so the sensor itself might have been okay, but I was already there, and already had a new sensor, so swapped it out. Decent weather, but COLD!! And windy!! Yes, next ...

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault

Haven't gotten back to this yet. We've either had rain coming in sideways, or mid-30-degree F temps with 20 MPH winds that I'm NOT getting out in. Had a Dr's appt today, and about 2 miles into the trip the dash lit up! Besides the pressure system fault, I got two new ones; Stabilitrack Fault and ABS...

According to Jegs the FCS 333821R fit 2014-2017 Caprices, so I'd say so.

Re: Upgrades Take 2

It's almost always database-related.

Been there, done that. We had customers who would run old OSs because their stuff wouldn't work on the new ones. Sadly, our management let them do it with the exact same SLAs!!

Happy to see the forum back online, though!!

Re: Starting out

Good to know. It didn't look like that was a viable route. I need to do mine, but am NOT about to attempt it myself. It's not bad.... yet, but I learned my lesson on my 79 Impala.
