If the covers are missing you could just put a set of covers on, but a lot of people have put foglights in
Not sure what parts availability looks like these days, it's been a while since I did it
Smwalker on here probably knows all the part numbers and wiring you'd need to add them

You have to put fluid in it and then warm the trans up in park and let it spill out at the right temp.
It's a mess, and I did it in the rain in the driveway and it sucked

Re: Intro & 1 question
yes it looks like it will fit.
you have to take the parts of the grill apart, careful with the little screws, if they're corroded they can strip easy (looks like you're in texas so that shouldn't be an issue)

Re: ABS/StabiliTrak Fault Light Intermittent
Without properly diagnosing it, the easiest thing to check is the rear abs harness, particularly the plug in front of the passenger rear wheel underneath the body
On my car and my dad's g8 the wires started to fray and gave intermittent abs faults

WTB: rear shock mounts
Looking for a set of rear shock mounts, one side is either discontinued or long out of stock from gm
I need them to modify for an air install I'm doing and don't want to cut up my stock ones.

Re: 3rd Gen CTS-V Wheels
Yeah I forgot to mention my car is lowered and my Camaro 18x8.5s rub in the back on real hard turns and those are a 32 offset. Pretty aggressive in the front
Gen 2 v wheels don't rub though

Re: Re-Covering Stock Seats
The caprice foams are flatter than the g8 foams.
I had both and preferred the g8 ones (now I have Holden hsv foams)
If you got a set of g8 seat foam only you could buy custom covers for g8 seats and then install the new covers and g8 foams on your frames

Re: 3rd Gen CTS-V Wheels
The offset on those wheels is 20 instead of ~50 so you're over an inch further out
Would definitely rub in the rear and probably on the front

Re: Can’t remove key from ignition
When my battery was dying my car took multiple tries to start. It was intermittent, and all the accessories worked when it wouldn't start. Might want to check that out. To remove the trim, you should be able to get the front end of the piece up, near the pocket up front, and pull it up and there's 8...
