I got 33k miles out of the front pads and rotors - would say I drive faster than average but not not heavy on the brakes.
48k on the car now and have never replaced the rear pads or rotors.
They must put some aggressive pads on the front for the police.

v8 or v6?
Not sure what the difference in v8 vs v6 resale values are as evidently the cars were marketed at the same price originally to law enforcement with either engine option.

Ferman on 60 is horrible don't ever bring any vehicle there because I certainly won't again. Classic Auto Interiors on Armenia Avenue did the work on my interior. They've been in business since 1950 and did an excellent job I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. There's probably something on the For...

Re: AC issue
Had the in cabin air filter changed recently and it seems like the AC blows noticeably colder.
think the interval is like every 22K miles (not certain about that) and I waited till about 30K but would recommend changing depending on conditions you run the car in.

Re: Drivetrain Maintenance ?'s
I changed rearend and transmission at 10K. Owners manual intervals are far greater but personal preference and past experience wont let me wait that long. Have just over 31K right now and changed them again this week. I always go to the dealer to change the transmission fluid and due to the friction...
