Thanks for the reply. I have a short to ground. The circuit is not open. It causes the 20 amp circuit breaker to cycle. I am looking for a wire that is grounding out. I will keep looking.

I have looked high and low for a 2013 Caprice and found one locally. I purchased from an individual and don't have much history. It has 62350 miles and the engine is quiet without any lifter noise.
