Re: Stabilitrak goes on and off

If the tire size is formatted as such: xxx/yy/zz 1) Take xxx * (yy/100), multiply that result by 2 to get the total height of the tire itself. 2) Take the result from step one, and divide by 25.4 to put into inches. 3) Add the ZZ to the result from step (2), and you have your overall tire height in ...

Re: G8 GT door handles

Re: G8 GT door handles

Thanks Steve. OEM best way then I assume? I know there used to be part numbers that were prepainted but I doubt they exist anymore...

G8 GT door handles

Anyone ever use the Dorman replacements that have the paintable center surrounded by chrome? Quality ok on them? Or are guys just using handles from wrecked cars? Getting rid of the passenger side lock cylinder wont have any negative impact or require anything else besides the handle, correct? My st...

Re: oil pressure switch replacement

Behind the intake manifold, its a huge socket. The plug has a collar that has to be pulled back about 1/8 inch, then it is removed like a normal squeeze plug. Theres a schematic that makes it real obvious but I'm on mobile and can't find it quickly now.

Re: SS Front end conversion

Maybe I don't need replacement body panels everywhere

That guy swapped one for one into a pre 2014 IIRC. Might be some useful information for you there, or even just PM him if need be.

Tein G8 springs?

Anyone have Tein G8 springs on their PPV? Not looking to slam the car (NJ roads hooray) but would like to move away from the 4x4 appearance. I am aware of the merits of stock SS springs, but the wait time for new proved to be greater than 40 days last time, and the used prices when available have pr...
