Re: All original 9C1 for sale

Thanks, to Garner. I am very happy with the car! Made the almost 900 mile trip back to Omaha with the weather being the only problem.
I've already started/continued the TLC that the car deserves, thanks to the extras Garner offered with the sale.

Regards,

Re: another guy here

Welcome to the group!

Since you've had the car a whole year, have you done anything to it?

Re: shopping list for Australia-only parts

They are molded, black plastic. Nice fit, easy to put on. REALLY helps to keep a black car clean!

Re: shopping list for Australia-only parts

Some other pieces of interest from Holden;

leather shift knob

mudflaps front and rear

I have ordered from CP also before. Very knowledgeable, fair, great communication and packaged VERY well.

Thanks CP!

Re: tapshift in 9c1?

Hey! Welcome to the group! I have used this website (along with others from this forum) with really good succes. We will click through the GM Holden stuff and find a lot of popular swaps already documented. Just click on the How To tab at the top. The different models will pop up. You can use VE Cap...

Re: Shifter in L and the car still shifts?

Just an FYI. These cars are programmed to hold an RPM level, a shift point, to keep the car in it's powerband. If the computer senses an aggressive and/or pursuit situation, it will hold a gear if it sees a decrease in throttle % especially after accelerating quickly. It's anticipating the car to be...

Re: Missing front bumper cover clips?

The oil cooler "radiator" is mounted to the side of the block above the oil filter. It is a diamond shaped "sandwhich" cooler.
