It is and the # listed for the pan bolts is also, I snapped 1 thinking it couldnt be as low as it is. Be carefull

Yes it requires a switch the plug in part is just the piece he is referring to goes up front by passenger side headlight then requires a connection of two wires to a on/off toggle. Many threads already on how to install.

I also used those seals and just Mobil 1 75w90LS so far the only noise is from using the poly bushings, just hear a bit of whine on coast. Clearly need a louder radio/exhaust.
