Re: Winter handling/traction
Yeah I was reticent and man are they loud but they proved themselves valuable time and time again. When I first drove off I realized that THIS was the sound the mail trucks always used to make.

Re: Winter handling/traction
I realize it had less power, but I went all in with my Crown Vic. Snow tires with studs, that car handled everything thrown at it. Yes the studs are loud but I never got stuck nor had any concerns about what was facing me that morning. As stated, snow tires and weight, that's about it. Had General A...

G8 Rotofab
Hi there, Haven't been here in a minute but just realized that I seem to recall users utilizing the G8 Rotofab intake for their PPVs. I have one for sale from my G8, looking for 225 plus shipping, and I'll throw in another stock MAF (it's for a G8, though I'm not sure if the PPV can use the same one...

Re: Seeking stock tune file for HPtuners
Let me dig through my computer and see if I have one from my 2012. It may have been on my work computer from my last job, I'll post back later this evening

My former 2012 9C1
F: Low mile 2011 takeoff struts, new Whiteline mounts, 2015 SS springs.
R: Stock (never was able to get them installed before I sold the car)
I loved the stance and wish I installed the rears.

Maybe I'm just a sap but you can't put a price on memories of building something like that with your child. My dad spent way too much money on Legos when I was a kid to build with me, now I get it. Keep it and have fun IMO, I agree with Eric's last statement.

Since spending other's money is a great hobby, I'll go ahead and ask... you consider going with alcantara or the like for the headliner since it's already out of the car?
Thanks for the pics and updates

Re: Daily Driven Cam Choice
I had a daily with an LS9 cam. Why? I didn't have the resources at the time to DIY and the LS9 was the cheapest option and a 3 bolt cam for a DOD delete. I was satisfied and never felt it was a turd. A change to 327 or 345 would take care of it. Sure there were likely better options but I had a few ...
