Re: TPMS sensors for Caprice
Thanks for the update and info. As you can see from the other post, I will probably be needing them soon.

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault
Wow! Relearn tools are all over the map as far as cost AND performance, apparently. Most seem to get 1's and 5's on review. Analysis paralysis!

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault
Did your Camaro throw a 'Tire Pressure Systems Fault' notice on the DIC? Sadly, we got tires about 2 years ago, and they probably have 1000 miles on them. So to do this, it will be 'off cycle'. I, too, am a fan of GM parts, so may go that route. It seems the Caprice use the 'Schrader' brand TPM sen...

Re: Hello from North Texas
Welcome!! Nice looking ride. How does it run with the LS3 cam? I understand that adds a bit of power. Sad that people suck so much! We've been lucky, but my car doesn't get out much these days. Not sure about the 2016 model, but the door latch cables on our 2012 were disconnected and the 'child' swi...

Re: Tire Pressure System Fault
According to the FSM, the sensor battery has a 10-year service life. So, for a 2012 model car.... My Time is Up?
If so, the sensor has to be replaced? I'm guessing that's a trip to Discount Tire to get done?

Tire Pressure System Fault
Was taking one of our kids to the vet for some teeth work, heard a chime, looked at the dash to see: "Tire Pressure System Fault" on the DIC. The car mostly sits in the garage hooked up to a battery tender and is my primary car when I have to go out, which is rare these days. Anyway, a sca...

Re: Headliner repair?
I don't remember what it was 'back in the day', but was easily something a college student working two jobs could afford, so I had friends do it. I may have also gotten a 'friend' deal, but who knows. The work was top notch. It's just peeling off the leading edge of the backer at the top of the wind...
