Without the usual "value rating" companies providing the information, I would suggest looking at past sales on the forum, watching auctions and taking note of mileage, idle hours and sales price to determine an average value.

My 2011 9C3 Caprice and 2012 9C1 Impala are both labeled as "police". No issues at all.

You would need to program the new gear ratio and tire size, if you changed tire size. If you a have an outside source changing this, maybe firm up the shifts and torque management?

Yes, the Australian beam patterns shine higher to the left side of the road, to illuminate the road signs for a right hand drive car. The US headlights shine higher to the right. The Australian ones will irritate on-coming traffic here in the US.
