YEa you gotta yank off the dial. Not sure anyone has ever done a video on breaking one of those down but we need to. That dial is a pisser.

Actually no if I rememeber right you pop off the back dial off the stem. Cant remember now!

That's a good vid. He also shows how to completely blank out the VIN so the radio look s like a new one to any car it is installed in.

Good info on the permanent codes. The state does the 200/15 thing to help people get through the process. They figure if a code does not come back current in that time it is probably OK.
