Nice progress on the car!

Re: The no budget build - manual, LSA, SS
Truly jealous of the space and resources you have available. Quite an undertaking and I witnessed a few of my own "WTF were the upfitters thinking??" moments when I had mine as well. With respect to that wire, "sometimes the road less traveled... is less traveled for a reason" :|...

Re: Front cat delete
Had an issue with my front cat when I had a PPV, put up a WTB here and I found a replacement for <200 bucks. Try that one. Though it's tough because the scrap value is sometimes so high it's not worth it for people to go through the selling hassle. Good luck.

Let me know if that link works. They arent totally flush but if you have a gel type decal, it might span the difference.

Re: Got a set of CTS-V rims looking for parts to finish them off
I cant speak to the TPMS though I found four for my car from Amazon. As for the caps, best I found were four gloss black blank caps. They are a non holden size IIRC so anything holden I believe is custom. If you want I'll find the link for the blanks

Spare Tire/Jack Kit
Title states. I recall a thread a while back where someone was selling a slew of them (insert, jack, wrench, etc. all included). Anyone have something like this? Thanks
