Re: What stall with E1840P Cam for Daily driver?
2014 Caprice 6.0 6L80 with a tune. Bone stock 6.0 besides Cam and springs Cam is E1840P, Springs are Pac1218 Problem = Engine is pushing on the OE converter at idle. I am considering the ZL1 converter GM (24242552) I don't mind leaving some performance on table just looking to NOT push on the conve...

Re: Rear Speaker Solution: Door and Deck, 2014+
Thank you, AceVL and s/c'd cav. I did pull the door panel and confirmed for myself. So odd. I noticed that the panel already has insulation attached. Should I replace this with butyl panels or add butyl directly to the sheet metal on the door? IMG_2201b.jpg As mentioned, I plan on adding custom 3D ...

Re: Rear Speaker Solution: Door and Deck, 2014+
I can speak to the rear door topic, although I’m interested if someone can wire up rear speakers to the OEM head unit on a 14 for some more bass. On your 14, for rear speakers, yes they should be there. Easy way to tell, adjust your stereo settings to only play out the rear speakers, it should be ve...

Re: CTS-V wheels trying to understand the code or sizing
Was looking at 2nd gen CTS-V wheels and trying to understand the code and sizing. I am seeing two types the of 19" wheel and two different widths. The two types are the Q32 - painted and the P80-pollished code which makes sense, but I am seeing in 2 different width 9" and 9.5". Was w...

Re: Transmission Pan upgrade
Did my trans pan upgrade to Camaro (higher capacity) version. I thought current purchase options (all Amazon links) would be helpful.. Trans Fluid: (31.53 each gallon x 2) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RRF1GGD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Camaro Trans Pan: (38.60) htt...

Re: Anyone else use the Camaro console?
So I finally got my Camaro console installed, and let me say, it’s not plug and play, or really simple to install by any means. You also have to delete the Parking Brake functionality. I am working on a way to get it figured out, but there just doesn’t seem to be enough space. If you can get your Ca...

Re: 2009 G8 seats in a 2014 Caprice
Just an update, so far so good, the rear seat with the pass through bolted right in, if you do this, be sure to also get the side door sill pieces to fill in the gap between the door and the seat sides from the G8, they will be too long, and will need trimming at the top, and at the base where the ...

Re: Tire Size recommendation - Camaro Ss 20’s
I recently installed 20” Camaro SS wheels, staggered on my 2014 PPV. The fronts are 245/45/20 and the tears are 275/40/20 Car is lowered on SS springs. Rubs terribly in the rear with anything in the trunk, backseat, or a passenger. I’m going to roll the fenders (wish me luck). Would someone kindly r...
