I paid $20k, several months back, 2012 9C3 with ~38k miles. This was equal to or below loan value at the time, at a local dealership.
Its not exactly comparable, but hopefully can help you come up with a figure.

Also, do you have any electrical whine\noise coming through the sub?

I've read the older posts, I didn't see anybody who actually installed subs, or described their setup, only discussion on wiring. I was wondering if anybody on here has installed subwoofer(s) in their Caprice ?

Call them directly, the number is on Solo-Performance.com, and tell them you need the axleback for a Caprice PPV. They already have a kit for it, as enough people have ordered them.
No modifications are needed, bolts right on.

.....Or is there no need to because your using the entire assembly, all the wiring from the the PPV seat?

How did you remove the heated seat wire loom? It looks like part of it is goes through the black plastic tube, but in your pics the tube looks still intact.

Does the 3M leave a visible seam?

I got the wiring to use from "xcidmigs"'s post halfway down on the previous page of this thread.
The brown wire is hot, when the ignition is on. I believe both wires are 20 ga.
