Be careful, I have read somewhere that if you supply 12v to the Blue/Yellow wire it will harm the BCM. That wire is designed as a ground activation for the BCM to alternately flash the reverse and brake/turn signal lights. I am away from my reference materials.

Hey, FH,
Go to the New Caprice home page and look under files. Find the 2013 General Motors Caprice only technical manual. Page 22 has a better description and the warning regarding the 12v to the BCM.

Big thanks to Steve and Maurice! Anyhow I found the missing link. When I added the horn/siren wire to the switch, the high beams alternate now as well. That was the issue. Both flash no problem. Separator wire is cut and decommissioned.
