i got most of a vararam g8 intake at a junkyard today (missing the pcv tube)
filter's pretty dirty, anyone know how to clean these?
any tips for installing it in a caprice, doesn't look like the maf wires are long enough...

That's a good score! The filter if its a cotton mesh type will clear out if you just use dish type soap on it, soak a bit then reverse flush it, let air dry then respray with K&N oil.
The PVC you can just make work with heater hose and the wires for the MAF I was able to remove some heat wrap on the factory harness and re route it over there no big issue.

Look up the "HSRK" or Heat Soak Relocation Kit for G8s. You can buy most of the parts for that and make an extension harness for about $10 and some time
