So am I missing something or that one pic is showing the cutout in the plastic box which is where the Rotofab actually is getting its "cold air" and that's it? How are you guys tricking yourselves into paying for that when there are the multiple different OTR systems out there and really you can almost have the same effect on the rotofab with just some mods on the stock box system as several members did?

no !! the opening isnt in the pic !!!

Is that flat plate a divider for use between the engine compartment and the RotoFab CAI? I'm currently using some semi rigid white foam to isolate the CAI form the engine compartment heat. My foam goes all the way down to the horizontal plastic splash panel...

yes it is , it fits along the frame rail and the intake box
