Hmm, they look kind of dark, like they're painted. So they're not stainless?

Got it. The JBAs we installed on my wife's Dakota R/T were Hot Jet coated, and looked to be stainless because of the finish. They still look almost new, but then again, the truck has less than 4000 miles on it.

I just have to ask, did they clear the oil cooler and plumbing? And I didn't notice any 02 sensors?
Thanks

Looks like according to Groundczero, they "fit without any issues". You can see the O2 sensor wires in the picture on page 2. You can see the connector on the driver's side handing down between the transmission and the collector.

Oh , I see the connector by the collectors maybe the bungs are welded in on top out of view or the pictures are only of the mocked up system prior to final welding.

Sorry have been busy with the Hurricane prep and then unshuttering houses. The headers were the coated ones. The picture I took was mid build so O2 were not hooked up yet, but I needed to get different o2 sensors with a little longer wires on them. When I mean no issues with fitment I mean that no issues with linkage or trans coolers or anything, the bolted right up. It is easier doing this with a lift since these go in from underneath the car.

I'm currently at the SEMA show here in Vegas and ran into Doug Thorley Headers, which have always built quality Headers at a fair price He now has a part number of THY-333Y to fit are cars. Their made here not imported and Mike the sales manager said if you catch them prior to final production they can put V-band connectors on instead of the 3 bolt flange or even move the O2 bung location. They retail for around $700 but tell them you seen them at SEMA and he'll further discount them a bit.

The catalog listing on their website indicates they fit the G8 AND SS. It would be interesting to know if they clear the oil cooler.

They don't look bad, and look like they can be bolted right up to the factory exhaust. You lose a cat, though. Without tuning, I think the O2 sensor might get angry.
