Can't comment on whether the Chevy SS Rotofab will fit, but the G8 V8, will.

Base line on on the Dynojet tomorrow. Cai should be here Friday. My goal is to do a step by step performance upgrade with dyno data to show results .

Next is Kooks headers with highflow cats, Borla cans and a tune.
I am buying the HP tuner and have been told it is similar to the FAST efi. If that's the case it should be no problem. If not ( I don't know yet!)

Read on Kooks website that we can't buy their headers for use in California. How are you getting around that?

310 first pull. Fell a bit on the hotsoak. CAI came on the big brown truck. I'll try and get another couple pulls in Saturday.

The CAI install was painless and only required trimming of the kit supplied heat shield to fit the caprice headlight bucket.

Verynice looking. Are those numbers at the wheels from a dyno or calculated from a program?

At the wheel before CAI install. Just for kicks I ran it up to the fuel limiter. It came in at 160 mph. Only ran the pull in 3rd gear til it shifted. My buddy who owns the dyno said we'll hook up his trany controller to hold the gear next time. I thought having the gear selector in low range would hold it in 3rd but it shifted anyway.

I would like to buy this soon also. Can you elaborate a little on what and how you modified to make it fit. Will the mod you have to make effect the units ability to keep heat out of the intake charge?
