Did you notice when the radiator is tilted back the fan guard touches the lower radiator hose? Mine did and I had to insulate the hose with a scrap piece of rubber hose held in place with zip ties. It would have wore through in no time and sprung a leak over time.

I have this posted in another thread, but here's the Rotofab for the Caprice. It seems to seal against the hood as it should.
