Cam recommendation

Hello guys
I’m looking for CAM upgrade for my completely stock 2011 Caprice with L98 6.0l engine.
Results im looking for :

1) Daily driver
2) Good Midrange Torque
3) Slightly lumpy idle
4) Reliability
5) Not much compromise on fuel economy

Also would like recommendations to replace other valve train components from stock to more solid reliable ones for future upgrades. Thanks.

Read through the link below. Some good info in it. I searched for "stage cam" and had quite a few links pop up where the group shares their cam experineces and parts used. Make sure that you look at both pages. for some reason the link starts on page 2... Hope it helps!
