Ill add its on a 245/40 18 street tire with stock ecu and 100% torque limiting. I drive around the water box every run b.c i cant get it to do a burnout. My formula renault racing friend couldnt b4 the gear change, and my friend who races in Detroit scca rally cross couldnt get it on a damp side road after the swap so i know its holds at the track

Have you tuned/programmed the transmission shift points etc?

FWIW, we are drag racers and sleepless 24/7/365 up all night thinking about this very topic lol.

Just got our Caprice and need a few weeks or months to get some baseline ETs. We are mostly 1/8 mile that's just the way it is and perfectly content.

I am thinking I can do a 9.0 with 2.92s on rotten tires...

Yes, when we did the tire size and gear correction we also put a trans tune on it but didnt change engine settings. 1 guy on the FB page did it that way and i wanted to try it that way too
