Hi New here....Thanks for a great web page for us to use. Question .....Will 9C3 hubcaps fit on 9C1 steel wheels if you remove the dog dish style center cap?

Yes. My 2011 already had the 9C1 caps swapped out for the 9C3 hubcaps when I got it. They are the same wheels- with the 3 small threaded holes. The full size wheel covers are secured e the plastic lug nuts on the cover so assuming you have the lug nuts with the extra external threads, you should be good to go

ok great thinks...... I .may need the special threaded lug nuts

The wheel covers should come with the plastic nuts. The lug nuts need to look like this:
