Hi, does anybody recognize these wheels?

looks to be these but the edge may have been machined a bit more and not painted:

I thought it was the Hot Wheels wheel too but just tiny bit different.

It does look just like the 2020 wheels with the surface machined off, I really like it.

Sorry to dredge up this old thread but I have a chance to buy a set of these wheels but I think it's a set of four rears.

Bolt Pattern 5-120
Offset 39mm
Wheel Size 20x9.5
Hub Bore 67.1
Style 5 SPLIT SPOKE

Will this offset and width cause any issues when these wheels are used on all four corners? Will they stick out too far and rub against the fenders?
