Tire Size recommendation - Camaro Ss 20’s

Post by scott42076 »

I recently installed 20” Camaro SS wheels, staggered on my 2014 PPV. The fronts are 245/45/20 and the tears are 275/40/20
Car is lowered on SS springs. Rubs terribly in the rear with anything in the trunk, backseat, or a passenger. I’m going to roll the fenders (wish me luck). Would someone kindly recommend what proven tire size would work for this configuration? (245/35 front and 275/30 rear is what I’m leaning towards)

The size you have currently are way too big.
I have Camaro wheels I’ve yet to install, but I would go with either:
245/40/20 or 245/35/20 in the front
275/35/20 or 275/30/20 in the rear
I would prefer the first options for higher sidewalls so it doesn’t ride horribly.
“Lowered” on SS Springs I would think this would work with any minimal modification.
