Hello from Evansville IN

Post by lowbox68 »

Image Hello from Evansville IN this is my 2012 PPV , it has come a long way in the short 6 weeks that I have owned it. It was completely stock when I got it , came with the push bar and spotlight.

A prisoner partition makes an excellent roll protector. I've seen enough cops emulating "Blues Brothers" over the years where that one's a no-brainer! And the bars on the rear window do give it a unique look.... sorta fierce actually I think!

Awesome looking car, welcome to the system!

Not sure I'm digging the fender flares, to each his own, but I DO like the 1LE hood vent.

You need a rear deck spoiler.

Oh, and yeah, welcome! :D

Welcome. And yes, love the hood vent. Can you explain how you went about that install? Might be my next mod.

+1.

Got any shots on the underside of the hood? Also, what's that front 'splitter' you have there? Some Holden part, or aftermarket? Looks nice!

Still waiting an hoping to see info on the hood vent. Pics and all. I actually have an artist rendering of an SS with the 1LE hood vent and have been wanting to do that to mine. But I sure would like to here how you did yours and see some better pics.

In my travels I saw an SS from TN with the 1LE hood vent. The car was in Kansas. Must be a popular mod?

i think if you had the part in hand you could make a template of where to cut and drill holes but someone has to be willing to destroy their hood... if someone has a pre damaged one laying around this would be a good experiment.
