Hello from Delmarva!

Post by BIG_GREEK »

New PPV owner here, 2014 dealer leftover, the first titled/ registered owner. First test drove it with 35 miles and picked it up a few months later with 200 miles on it. Love it greatly, there are some cosmetic issues from it sitting for so long, but that is what warranty is for!!

Last black one on the lot, pretty stripped model (no up-fit equipment). They had a couple of 14s in white and some 15s in white. No other colors.

Welcome, sir! I had warranty items fixed also. The hubcaps were yellowed in the outer openings, the tops of the mirrors had faded and the drivers headlight had moisture/condensation in it. I had all of that warrantied.

Regards,

Maurice

Similar story with my 2011, but I didn't dare wait "a few months"....it would have been gone! Owner since Nov 2012.

V8 or V6? Either way, you got a really good deal!

I got REALLY lucky on my warrantied mirrors. They replaced both entire mirrors with heated ones.... :) And they work!

Thanks folks! Shes a V8 (wouldn't have dared a V6, I had a V6 charger before this (1st gen new style) and I loved the car, but it was dog slow and it was starting to have its Dodge issues fresh out of warranty). And I didn't buy the car for the fuel mileage.

It does have a few sitting issues, the airbag stickers on the visors were peeling and leaving a residue behind, the 3rd brake light had a gasket around it that was falling out.

The headlights are nasty, looks like tempered glass that broke. The dealer was kinda being anal about it and I personally know a few people up top that took care of it for me, that's getting replaced soon. And yes, the hubcaps are yellowing/peeling too, bringing that up when I drop it off for the headlight replacement.
