Hi guys this is Miles here. I'm looking for a 13/14 caprice and I found this

It is a 13 with 81000 miles, but it has a idle time for 6k/9k hours which makes me nervous. The seller is asking for 9999$ including shipping.
What's the bottom price you guys think I should go for?

Hey Miles, welcome to the board!!! That one looks a bit rough for $10K. Can get similar from an auction for 7K all day. Idle hours are going to be up in that area so you will have to get over that fear!! LOL

IN and I really couldn't find a local PD with these cars. What's more I couldn't fine L77 ones from publicsurplus.com these days.
The ebay seller accepted my offer for 9300$ including shipping though. Does it sounds better or I'm still scammed?

It says the paint is bad and interior looks like crap, get out if you can, way better deals around

what about the chicagomotors? I was originally inspired by them but it seems they sale car on a more expensive range? But the pictures they have is really way better though

Looks like it was sold for 6125 and probably fees ,looks better before they painted it
