Recently purchased 2012 caprice v6 with 48k miles I know I know not as cool as v8, but seeing that I recently became a father, and v8s with low miles very hard to find, this works. Can't believe the mpgs this big body gets! Gets up and goes pretty damn good, car definitely has long legs!I would definitely be getting in big trouble with v8.
I love this car like no other! SO fun to drive, definitely get a kick out of double takes from surrounding drivers as well. Drove a 2002 Crown Vic interceptor, then 2005 impala detective car previously, love the toughness of these vehicles.
Entertaining the thought of a possible turbo or optional power adders any input or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for the add and cheers!

Welcome! Even though it's not a V8, it's cool in its own right as there aren't as many of the V6 version.
Post up some pics, especially of the engine bay.

Congrats on becoming a dad, the Caprice is my compromise to have something fun and "responsible" (the amount of space in the back is incredible).
I love my Crown Vic but the Caprice feels so much different. Enjoy the car, and throw some pics up.
