PPV Shopping..Opinions on total and idle hours appreciated.

Greetings! I was poking around Craigslist and came across an interesting PPV for sale. Its at a dealer called Westminster Motorcars in Westminster CA.(https://www.westminstermc.com)2013 9C1 (i assume) with a tick over 90K miles. I emailed the dealer about the hours and it has 7151 total hours and 4418 idle. I havent pursued any further so i dont know about any recalls and such but i looks pretty clean in the pics. Thoughts?

looked like a decent one , i only saw one hole in the trunk , shows sale pending
