Hello and let me introduce myself, I'm Karl from suburban Baltimore. Looks like a member of my fleet (see below) has to be retired so I was searching around at my local Chevy dealer and came across this 9C1 for sale:

Seems to be a bit overpriced what is the learned opinion?
Test drove a new '08 G8 GT and loved it. My wife did not like the styling and would not let me pull the trigger. See below what she ended up with. This time around she has nothing to say.
Current fleet:
'63 Nova Convertible 350/200 4r - my fun car
'10 Challenger SRT8 Plumcrazy Purple - wife's daily driver
'09 Aveo - my daily driver (go ahead and laugh but Uncle gave me $4500 on a rusty old GMC truck on the cash for clunkers thing)
'92 Roadmaster Wagon TBI350/700r4 - son's daily driver (sorry but the big B body has to go for the salt gods are having their way)
'96 Camry - daughter's daily driver
'05 GMC Savana 4.8L/4L80e dual rear cutaway with 16' box - my work truck (love the little 4.8brings in a constant 10mpg)
'75 Nova 350/4l60e - son's project car
'08 Buell XB12X Uylsses - my summer daily driver

Depends on what year you want! I think it is high, but it's a 2013. You can pick a 2011-2012 for around 23000-25000.

I think that price is fine. I like the color, and you buying a new car, really. If you want one of these, you better buy it, there aren't that many around. Welcome to the club!

Two years ago, I bought my 2011 9C1 with 1470 on the clock for just a little more than that price.

Few things to consider... the car is a 2013, it is a color other then the standard white, it is a 6.0, and you've got your full warranty on it ahead of you. For what you're getting the price is a little high but not out of the ballpark. If you are seriously considering purchasing I'd at least check the Autotrader link in our links section and see the pricing of other comparable vehicles. The 2012 and 2013 cars are basically identical. But, whatever the decision they are a fun car and I'm sure you'd be pleased.

As of today it's still listed on their website which may not be up to date. I'm going to give it a month to see if it moves. If not give them an offer. I'm self employed and need to see how much of a bite Uncle is going to take out of me this tax season.
I really like the idea of a sleeper. Pull the spot light off and leave the cop wheels which I like. Add a Maggie and I'm in business. Saw this vid yesterday. So quiet and smooth, for 550hp.
