I insured mine with Progressive, had zero issue. I also had a 2008 CVPI insured, and police is in the name of the damn car. They don't WANT to, or they CAN'T?

The issue is the previous owner never got the vehicle registered, since he was planning to sell it, so Progressive is still showing it as an active police vehicle in Oklahoma. So I have to do a title only transfer first, so Progressive can provide me insurance, afterwards get it inspected so I can get it registered. Right now the only way they would provide me coverage is if I got commercial vehicle insurance.
