New member from Arizona

Post by Joe428 »

Hello all, this is my first post here. I bought my 2014 PPV in Jan 2020 in Chicago. It was originally from Bloomfield Township, MI. Buddy of mine and I flew in and met up in Chicago to pick it up. We both have been fans of the Blues Brothers so he had to stop for a couple pictures.

We drove it to Los Angeles roughly following Route 66. I dropped him off there and continued home.

So far I've put in a VCM intake and went up to 255 wide tires. Plan is to do some suspension work and a dod delete this summer. Looking forward to learning and helping others on here.

Great photos. Where's the picture of the 95th street bridge jump? I know you did it.. you just don't want evidence out there in pictures 'cause you might get a call from Chicago's finest ;). I went over that bridge many hundreds of times. It always freaked me out when I rode a motorcycle on it.. bike would go into a crazy "shimmy".

The air intake system really cleans up the "under the hood" look. Is this the one you have?

Now the video of my run through Lower Wacker is the one I'm keeping to myself 😉

Yes, that's the intake I have. I opted to not put the side fill panels in. Some people like them, I just think it makes things look cluttered.
