What did the dealer do on the interior trim where spotlight was removed?

They didn't do anything. It's a 1/2" hole. A new trim piece is only $75.

Welcome! You could just install a new windshield garnish molding to not have that interior hole from the spotlight. I think I'm the only owner on this board that bought a never in service, pre-production/pilot 2014 PPV w/ 1000 miles without a spotlight and installed one. I just love the look of them and people instantly drive better when they see the ppv with the spotlight vs when it didnt have one.
