My first "new" car is a PPV

Post by cheapest »

Hey all. Just picked my 2012 Caprice 9C1 up from a local dealership on Monday, a high mileage (compared to everyone else's :D ) V6 with 6,700 miles. I think it's just the greatest car so far. Plenty of room for the family, giant trunk for my tools, all with the performance of a sports car for a great price! Not to mention it gets more looks on the highway than any fancy sedan.

Right now my plan is to leave the Kerr console in and make some custom storage containers, cup holders etc. and try to coax a little more performance out of the LFX. I'm thinking about getting center caps, but I'm actually liking the full covers for now.

Congrats & welcome.....

It's those spotlights that garner all the attention!

For the LFX, nothing a little turbo boost wouldn't cure.....two of 'em!!!

Welcome! The LFX is in the 300HP club, so it's no sloutch by any means. Keep us posted on mods, etc... you're going to do to it. Not sure if anyone has tuned those or not yet, the Camaro boards and the G8 forums would be the best answers probably right now engine-wise. BTW nice ride!
