Heh, agreed. Most rarely look up from their phones or from yelling at the spawn in the back seat to verify they're still barreling down the road, let alone about to hit something/someone. They call it 'accident', I see it as 'assault'.

Hi - how difficult was it for the caprice to meet Belgian emission standards? Was it difficult to import the car in general? Are you familiar at all with German TUV standards and if it's possible to bring that car into Germany? Thank you!
