That kind of looks familiar! Nice. It's kind of hard to see in the pictures, but did the car have a nerf bar? If so, there'll be some tape covering the holes in the front bumper cover. I didn't notice until we got the car home.

No holes in the bumper. Is a nerf bar something that comes from the factory or is that something up-fitted after it gets where it will see service?

According to the dealership this was a 2013 leftover they didn't sell, so GM marked it used and sold it at auction. Not sure how I could verify that, but it only had 53 miles on it when I bought it. When I got the title it was still in Chevrolet's name.

We got a 95 Impala SS that way. Marked as a demo, but still in Chevy's name.

With 53 miles on the clock, I 'd consider it a win.

The nerf bar is an up-fit. GM wouldn't do that part. Congrats, you have a fine ride.

I can't believe how quiet this thing is. I stood behind it while it was running and you can't hear it! My wife's 2500 Suburban has nice little rumble, but this PPV is church mouse quiet!

Gotta do sumthin' about that! A little bit o' rumble would be nice.

Same here. The wife's '10 Tahoe sounds like the exhaust is falling off it, but the Caprice sounds like it's not even running when standing behind it. Gotta fix that.
