3D printed parts

Post by gno »

just curious if anyone had tried to 3d print anything for the ppv? I've seen a couple cup holders here and there but nothing substantial, vender vents, fog light bezels anything like that. i have a printer and wouldn't mind giving it a work out if someone was good with 3d modeling (better than me at least)

There is a guy on the Facebook group making a number of things. Let me see if I can find his site’s link.

I'm definitely in for the G8 console cubby. I was gonna make my own by gutting the switch but this will be way cleaner looking. Thanks for posting!

No problem. He is actually working with me on my SS console swap to add a wireless charging pad where the shifter would be (I am staying column shift).

I have some parts showing up today from Zach. The first iteration of my console filler pieces weren’t 100% but real close. The next version should be perfect. I can post pics when I get them in.

Ah the joys of living in Canada. Apart from our dollar that is like the peso right now, shipping is another $18.28USD so total for me is $48.28USD, which comes to about $68 CAD. A lot of money just for a small piece of plastic. You guys are lucky that the shipping is included in the price.
