No more than the spare tire around my belly! LOL
Not sure exact figures. But 100 pounds not out of the question. That vinyl sheet is dense.

I recently did this on a other car.
Now that SDS is closed down, I used these guys for the foam:

And I will 2nd what Steve said. That the roll of MLV must weight 100lbs. Good. God.
