Locking glove box?

Anyone else wish our cars came with locking glove box?

anyone looked into it at all?

My 2011 PPV has a locking Glove Box. It has a different key from the square ignition key, one that is about the same length but a traditional two sided cut key.

Yep, mine locks too. It's not very practical with the extra key though since it's quite a big key.

Now that's interesting. My glove box has a lock but I've never tried it. If the ignition key doesn't work it that means I don't have one.... guess it's off to the dealer (or Dal) I go :)

And we thought the days of the separate key were over.... :) Thanks C.P., I'm going to check with my locksmith down the street and if they can't do a key for the existing I'll get with you to replace the whole mess.
