mud flaps

Post by No Moa »

I see Crazy paul was the go to for mud flaps, but has anyone had any luck otherwise? SS mudflaps? I've only driven this car 2 miles and its filthy already.

Thanks.

I bought the universal fit flaps from Rally Armor for mine http://www.rallyarmor.com/index.php/uni ... 60_116_169" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I haven't installed them yet but it shouldn't be too hard to get them to fit and mount with self tapping screws.

finding the right hook-up in Australia is the key--no US "accessories" for Caprice exist, since it's a fleet model. Some G8 & SS parts do cross over, but not mud flaps.

Here's some Holden info--interesting when you find the listing that it says REAR, but the photo clearly shows a front fitment!

Genuine Holden mudflaps are moulded to reduce the risk of damage to paint finish from dirt, stones and other objects kicked up by the wheels. Price shown is for set of 2 rear mudflaps

Not a bad idea, post up some pics once you get them mounted if you would.

The front and rear mud flap Australian part numbers are in the parts list on the home page. And my car would have the mud flaps installed on my car in my CTS-V posts, 3.45 install posts, etc.
I'm just at work right now so, I'm being lazy...

Hopefully you can manage to only drill through plastic during installation. If not, your car will be much more susceptible to rust in those very vulnerable areas.
