Chrome side molding for PPV

Post by Navy Lifer »

The PPV, unlike the Holden Caprice, has only a single rub strip behind each rear wheel, in body color.

There is a single set of chrome side strips, as installed on the Holden Caprice, coming in the next big shipment from C.P. There IS room for more of these, if anyone is interested.

See them here: http://www.holden.com.au/cars/caprice/range/caprice-v" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The kit consists of 8 pieces total (on each side there is one short strip on front fender, the two doors, and a replacement for the strip on the rear quarter). They are NOT inexpensive at $470 for the 8 pieces--parts only. The cost of them shipped alone (by C.P.) to a US address would be over $600.

If you may want in, and can act now, savings will be realized by including these in the larger parts shipment that will soon be coming from C.P. and will be delivered to Scott Walker, here in Georgia. Payment for the parts needs to go to C.P. and payment for shipping will be made to Scott once the parts are in-country.

Actual/total cost is not worked out yet, but be assured it will be a "savings"--that's the nature of bringing in a larger shipment, to take advantage of the package dimension vs total weight offset.

If you may want a set of these--contact C.P. pronto!
