2011 9c3 bucket seat back panel

How do you remove the plastic back panel on a 2011 9c3 bucket seat? I need to get it off without breaking it.

If I remember correctly there are two Christmas tree type clips (2) at the bottom that you just pull on the bottom to release. then there are arms that tuck into the seat frame along the top so do not pull along the top. Pull bottom first then slide the top down and out.

Just like you said. 2 Christmas tree clips at the bottom. They were in there really good.

I'm a new member. A lot of auction cars and even some for sale online are missing the drivers plastic seat back and sometimes the passenger side as well. Any idea why these are removed? Are they bulletproof or something? Thanks in advance for your help.

THey may have interfered with the prisoner partition in some way, or the 6'5" cops found they could get an extra inch in the front seat leg room if they removed them. All I can think of.
