Anyone try this steering wheel?

Discussion on body issues/mods, appearance, interior/trim, and detailing (i.e. how to keep your car looking showroom new, or a reasonable facsimile thereof...).

i think there was something slightly different , but having the stock wheel from what i understand gives you what you need

i havent swapped my SS's wheel for the ZL1 wheel yet , and havent put my SS auto wheel into my caprice

Will a 2014 Camaro LT steering wheel fit a 2014 Caprice without issue? Can the paddle shifter's be made to work with the 2014 Caprice?

Thank you!
I have a 13-15 SS steering wheel I’ll install this On my 2014 Caprice this weekend.

It will bolt up and all electronics will work, paddles have to be wired up separately to the BCM and some areas in HP tuners need to be activated to make them function.

For now I just want to get a better feeling steering wheel.

Camaro's steering wheels from 2012 to 2015 fits the caprice's, you can swap yours to the new one.

Here a link to someone here did it, https://www.newcaprice.com/forum/viewto ... =20&t=2090

I changed mine with the chevy SS, it is a direct swap. I didn't even have to change the controllers from the old one. But the paddle shifts does not directly work. It needs a whole wiring and fuses, to me it is not worth the work and risk. Added Camaro's paddle shift extension just for the look.

Here a pic of mine.

Hey sorry for responding the late. The swap was seamless. I love the new Camaro steering wheel, it has a much better feel than the standard Caprice one.

The wheel I got had more blue than white colored lights in it, which you could eliminate by swapping buttons, but it doesn’t bother me.

Also my wheel had paddles, so eventually I’ll get the rocker switch, wiring and ECU modified in HP tuners so they will work.

If you are done with the paddles, please share the wires and switches! And how and where they are connected. Would love to make mine work!

Has anyone tried a 2011 Buick Regal steering wheel? I looked at one a while back at a salvage yard.

But isn't the airbag shape is different? If not, and as far as I have learned, as long as the airbag shape and buttons are the same, they work.
As its in a salvage yard, try asking if you could try it there. It is an easy removal and assembly, if it worked get it.

Where have you seen a 2014 with the paddles working? If you have a link with instructions I would love to see it becauseI hate how my 2014 shifts and nothing I have changed in hp tuners has made it shift how I would like.

Talk to this guy. (https://www.facebook.com/dustin.manning1), he sells the wires and the instructions that needed to be done, plus a tune to enable the function.
