So, subtract 7,598 9C1s from the total of 8,513 and you're left with 915 9C3s built from 2011-2013. That means that less than 11% of all Caprices built from 2011-2013 were 9C3s. If the same percentage of 9C3s were built every year, then there may have only been about 94 9C3s built in 2011. This is just a guess, but it's the best we can do until we have more evidence.

Did anybody ever attempt to break down color percents for the 2011 production?
