New Caprice - Discussion forums

I need to replace this piece of weatherstrip on one side. Lower Weather-Strip - GM (92280414) is the part number I found. However, it shows the clips as part number Lower Weather-Strip Clip - GM (92139204). The image of that part number looks nothing like the broken yellow clips I already have. Can anyone verify?

If I remember correctly they look like this:

But you cant go by the GM drawings for any kind of accuracy.

Check https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/ see if you can find an equivalent at a better bulk price.

9 bucks seemed worth it with the $7! a piece price tag I saw on a few sites.

Just for posterity's sake...

If you order this weatherstrip you to not need to order any of the mounting trees...they come presinstalled in the rubber.

Oh well.
