When I ordered the harness from Kerr, I got the front to rear power/light extension harness, both fuse blocks (Front and rear),and the dome light. Came to around $400.

And the grille wiring package and speaker came to around $300 shipped

A bit over priced, but this all plugs in and is meant for the car.

Yeah, but that makes things plug-and-play, right? NOT overpriced. The EASY button!!

Back before they had "pre-existing" harnesses for the police cars, we tore the entire car/truck apart for the upfit and ran our own wires. Had it down to a science, now car manufactures throw a wrench in it.

It takes more time finding out what wire/connector does what than plugging the isht in and hooking it up.

So I was able to find the trunk harness for the 12 pin connector. This has nine wires that includes 4 circuits that terminate behind the passenger headlight for siren and grill light wiring. These are very handy. I used two of them to run power to my factory fog lights. (Note that my car did not come with the siren/grill wiring option but the wires are there and the connector is behind the passenger headlight. Some people cut the connector off to use the wires. I just bought this harness from Kerr that plugs in behind the headlight and contains about 3 feet of wire. ) I don't like to cut wires either on my personal cars.

It also contains

activation wire for the headlight/tail lamp factory flashers
speed sensor output
park circuit (hot out of park)
surveillance mode (ground this wire to dim gauges, turn off mylink display and suppress all auto lighting.
front rear separator (ground this wire to activate rear flashing lamps without flashing headlights)

* This harness also includes the standalone wire and connectors you need to tap into the horn right without cutting. Simply unplug the horn circuit under the glove box and install this in its place. For those who buy a used service car and have no working horn, this is the place to look first.

I already installed the other harness in my car so I don't have a picture. It comes as one harness with two connectors. When plugged into the remaining two connectors you get a nice 10 gauge ground, a 60 amp or so battery power source and a 30 amp ignition source on the green wire. The car itself actually has two signal controlled relays in the trunk that are activated by the six pin harness. These can be triggered with ignition circuits in this harness to get up two two 30 amp ignition sources. I bought the short harness for this since it was powering fuses blocks I installed in my console.

I cant find the receipt right now. The price depends on what you get. They have many options. Short and long harnesses. Also optional installed fuse boxes as described above by another member. I think I paid around $200-$240 for the long signal harness, the short battery/ignition power harness and the 4 wire siren/grill harness that plugs in behind the headlight including shipping. They are excellent quality, contain copper wire, match the factory wire colors and are labeled for reference.

Contact Kerr industries and tell them what you are looking for. They will explain what is available and the cost. The contact I was working with is named Tom Spence.

I forgot to add that for those who need to pass more wires or larger gauge wires into the engine compartment than the 4 wires allow described above, there is a 3/4 inch hole predrilled in the firewall on the passenger side. You have to remove the cabin air filter cover to gain access to it. There is a blank grommet there that pulls out easily. Just remove the grommet, drill a hole in the rubber grommet the size you need than run the wire through it. Reinstall the grommet from the engine side only. The access on the inside of the car is a little more difficult. Remove the passenger side kick panel and look where the flooring meets the firewall. There is your hole. Run the wires from the engine side inward to reduce frustration.

Cool, I was wondering where there was an access for these cars to go up front. Didn't seem like there was much room under the dash for a pass thru or access to make one.

I emailed KERR 3 days ago, and got a reply asking for someone to take care of my email. Since then, nothing. Hoping to hear soon.

Call them directly, speak with Aly or Blair. Very nice people, spoke with them numerous times. But if you want something, keep on them, keep calling. Took me a while to order my stuff due to them not knowing if they have parts in stock. BTW they are based in Canada, but the number to call is toll free!

I talked to Blair, they don't have what I need, I have to get a whole other harness. I just wanted the ends and the pins, but no luck there either. So I'll cut them, and make my own using outboard deutch ends.
