Gents,

Need help. Reverse light bulb went out. I have replacement but I can't figure out how to pull socket out. Tried twisting but it won't give. Tried the other side thinking it was fluke but same problem. What am I doing wrong?

The sockets twist out. Should be to the left. They are very tight though. Remove the carpet from the trunk to get a better angle on it.

Isn't there also a 'lock'? A little tab that you have to press first?

I don't think so. At least I don't remember them being that way. My 1994 is like that though.

Any update? Did you used LED bulbs for your reverse lights?
